LITHPLEX TAC EXTRA EP2 grease is a superior-purpose lithium complex grease possessing excellent lubrication characteristics for a wide range of anti-friction and plain bearings, gears and couplings in automotive, marine, agricultural and industrial application. The extreme pressure and anti-wear properties enables the grease to give long service life under high loading and shock loading conditions from low temperature to very high temperature environments. It is based on high quality paraffinic mineral oils combined with the inclusion of extreme pressure additives, effective rust, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, and tackling adhesive additives.

MOLY LITHPLEX TAC2 grease is a superior multi-purpose grease possessing excellent lubrication characteristics for a wide range of anti-friction and plain bearings, gears and couplings in automotive, marine, agricultural and industrial application. It is based on high quality paraffinic mineral oils combined with the inclusion of molybdenum disulfide, extreme pressure additives, effective rust, oxidation, and corrosion inhibitors, and tackiness adhesive additives. The ‘Molybdenum Disulfide’ provides extra protection from wear under shock loads.

A Calcium sulfonate multi-purpose grease specially developed for lubrication of ball, roller and plaint bearings (wheel bearings), standard joints, chassis, and all components subjected to heavy duty vibration and shocks in the haulage industry, off-shore and marine conditions, and all applications working under harsh conditions, exposed or not to water and dust.

Grease with solid lubricants, intended for lubricating joints and open gears. Application by aerosol. Designed to lubricate all types of open gears, cables, joints used in quarries, mines, steel mills, public works, cement plants, marine applications.

COPAL SPRAY contains a large quantity of solid lubricants to provide increased resistance to high loads and impacts. The type of thickener agent, the choice of base oils and additives, in combination with the granulometry of the solid lubricants ensure:

• very good extreme-pressure, anti-rust and anti-wear properties,
• perfect insolubility in water,
• good resistance to cold temperatures,
• good resistance to ageing,
• easy application: spray by aerosol,
• preservation of the ozone layer: propellant gas CO2.

A waterproof NLGI 2 grease, suitable for exposed gears and wire ropes used in industrial applications.

Anti-seize grease with copper for use when assembling components which are susceptible to corrosion or oxidation and are subsequently difficult to dismantle. Effective on any mechanism or component which is subject to corrosion such as those in contact with sea water and also in the mechanical brake linkages of vehicles. Developed for engine exhaust manifold nuts which frequently seize due to the high temperatures involved.

TRUCK and FARM GREASE is an extremely high quality product with excellent lubrication characteristics for a wide range of anti-friction and plain bearings, gears and couplings in automotive, marine, agricultural and industrial applications requiring a grease with a high base oil viscosity and weld load.

TRUCK and FARM GREASE resists “squeeze out” from surfaces requiring lubrication under load conditions. It has been specially formulated to include a shear stable tackiness agent unlike other conventional lithium complex greases.
